       結(jié)合演講者在世界500強(qiáng)公司吉利汽車(chē)集團(tuán)、沃爾沃集團(tuán)和其他集團(tuán)公司所做的PMO建立的咨詢工作實(shí)踐以及從事多年P(guān)MO教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，該演講從PMO建立前的公司項(xiàng)目管理環(huán)境評(píng)估、PMO的組織架構(gòu)及職能劃分（項(xiàng)目組合、項(xiàng)目交付、卓越方法論中心）模板、PMO建立的制度保障、項(xiàng)目管理方法論建立流程及模板、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理能力的培養(yǎng)方法及模板、PMO推廣指南及階段性效果評(píng)估等步驟予以有序展開(kāi)。演講將注重實(shí)踐流程和模板的展示、應(yīng)用,幫助觀眾掌握如何在他的公司內(nèi)建立成功的PMO。
